- This program is open to academically qualified international students whose English proficiency test results do not meet the University of Toronto's English-language requirements.
- A completed Music Questionnaire and an audition/interview are required of all applicants. As soon as you submit your OUAC application, you must go to the Faculty of Music website to complete the Music Questionnaire online. The Music Questionnaire must be submitted by the posted deadline.
- Jazz applicants are also required to submit an audiovisual recording for pre-screening by the posted deadline. Successful applicants will be invited to audition in person.
