Université de l'Ontario français publishes this as “A minimum grade of 70% is required”

Prerequisites

Successfully completed at least six 4U or 4M level courses with a minimum grade of 70%;
Obtained a minimum grade of 70% in the following prerequisite courses: FRA4U, FEF4U or FIF4U; and
A minimum of 3 years of study in a secondary school where French is the primary language of instruction.

Applicants who have not studied for a minimum of three years in a French-language secondary school may submit one of the following tests to demonstrate their French-language proficiency:
The Diplôme d'études en langue française (DELF), with a minimum B2 level (at least 70 out of 100);
The Test de français international (TFI), with a minimum score of 700 out of 990;
The Test d'évaluation de français (TEF), Études version, with a minimum score of 600 out of 900; or
The Test de connaissance du français (TCF), with a minimum score of 450 out of 699.
