| What it is | Physics is the study of how matter, energy, and forces work at every scale, from tiny particles to the whole universe. This program includes mathematics and some biology courses alongside core physics content. You'll have the option to do a paid work term as part of your degree, giving you real laboratory or industry experience alongside your studies. | You study how the natural world works alongside the human systems that affect it. The BES focuses on environmental policy, conservation, and sustainability through social and geographic lenses, while the BSc emphasizes the physical science side: geology, ecology, and environmental processes. Both paths suit people interested in solving real environmental problems through either policy and community work or scientific research and analysis. |
