This program integrates exercise physiology, biomechanics, and sport psychology with practical skills in coaching athletes and leading fitness programs. Unlike a pure kinesiology degree, this one prepares you directly for careers coaching teams or instructing fitness classes. It suits people who want to work in sports, recreation, or wellness settings and learn both the scientific reasoning and hands-on teaching side.	A Biology degree at Glendon lets you study how living things work, from cells and molecules to whole organisms and ecosystems.
