Psychology at Glendon is a BA program where you study human behaviour, mental processes, and how people think and interact. The iBA option requires you to complete part of your degree in French immersion, making it suited to students who want bilingual depth alongside their psychology training.	You study the science of human movement and fitness combined with teaching and coaching methods. This program integrates exercise physiology, biomechanics, and sport psychology with practical skills in coaching athletes and leading fitness programs. Unlike a pure kinesiology degree, this one prepares you directly for careers coaching teams or instructing fitness classes. You study how to manage sports facilities, recreation programs, and leisure services for communities and organizations.
