Unlike a general business degree, it focuses on labour relations, workplace justice, and policy rather than management techniques alone. This program suits people interested in union work, employment law, labour advocacy, or human resources roles where understanding worker perspectives matters.	This is a four-year degree combining the study of political systems and institutions with media, journalism, and how people communicate messages to audiences. Unlike studying either subject alone, you examine how politics and communication shape each other — analyzing political campaigns, news coverage, and public persuasion.
