You study how to teach physical education and sports while learning the psychology behind athletic performance and mental training. This combines teacher training with sport psychology rather than preparing you only for classroom teaching or sports science research. It suits people who want to work with athletes or students in physical activity settings and are comfortable teaching in French.	You study the science of human movement and fitness combined with teaching and coaching methods. This program integrates exercise physiology, biomechanics, and sport psychology with practical skills in coaching athletes and leading fitness programs.
