What it is	Psychology at Brock is a broad study of how people think, feel, and behave. You study how the mind affects athletic performance and how sport influences mental health and behaviour. This combines psychology courses with exercise science, so you learn both the theory of human behaviour and how it applies specifically to athletes and fitness. It suits people interested in both psychology and sport who want to work with athletes, coaches, or in fitness and wellness settings.	You study how to manage sports facilities, recreation programs, and leisure services for communities and organizations. Unlike a general sports science program, this degree focuses on the business and administrative side — scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and customer experience — rather than personal fitness or athletic performance. The co-op work terms, built into the four-year degree, let you apply management skills in real sports and recreation settings while you study.
