What it is	Psychology at Brock is a broad study of how people think, feel, and behave. You'll learn about the brain, emotions, learning, relationships, and mental health through lectures, labs, and research. This program includes a co-op option, letting you work in clinical settings, schools, or research labs while you study, which gives you real-world experience alongside your degree.	You study how the human body works during exercise and physical activity, and how fitness and movement affect overall health. This program includes an optional co-op stream where you alternate between classroom learning and paid work terms at health or sports organizations, giving you real workplace experience alongside your degree. It suits students interested in exercise science, sports medicine, or health promotion who want both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice before entering the field.
