What it is	Biological Sciences is the study of living organisms — their structure, function, genetics, ecology, and how they interact with their environment. At Brock, you can pursue this as a straight Bachelor of Science or combine it with teacher education through the BSc/BEd, which qualifies you to teach biology in Ontario high schools. The program includes a co-op option that integrates paid work terms with your studies, giving you practical experience in research labs, government agencies, or industry.	Environmental Studies is the scientific and social examination of how humans interact with the natural world — covering ecology, climate, conservation, pollution, and policy. This program teaches you both the science behind environmental problems and the social, economic, and political solutions. The co-op option lets you alternate between classroom semesters and paid work terms with environmental organizations, government agencies, or industry, giving you real workplace experience alongside your degree.	A Bachelor of Science is a four-year degree where you study science subjects in depth. You choose a major like Computer Science, Environmental Studies, Mathematics, Physical Geography, or Psychology, and take courses across your field plus some complementary subjects. It suits students who want a broad science education and plan to work in research, industry, education, or graduate studies related to their major.	You earn a Bachelor of Arts degree while simultaneously training to become a high school teacher. You study an academic subject like English, history, or mathematics alongside education courses that teach you how to teach those subjects to teenagers. Unlike a regular BA followed by a separate teacher education program, you complete both degrees at the same time in four years, so you enter the classroom faster and with integrated training.
