Labour Studies examines how work, employment, and workers' rights function in society through the lenses of politics, human resources, and social policy. Unlike a general business degree, it focuses on labour relations, workplace justice, and policy rather than management techniques alone. This program suits people interested in union work, employment law, labour advocacy, or human resources roles where understanding worker perspectives matters.	Psychology at Glendon is a BA program where you study human behaviour, mental processes, and how people think and interact.
