This program suits people interested in education, child development, or social issues who want both academic understanding and workplace learning.	You study the science of human movement and fitness combined with teaching and coaching methods. This program integrates exercise physiology, biomechanics, and sport psychology with practical skills in coaching athletes and leading fitness programs. Unlike a pure kinesiology degree, this one prepares you directly for careers coaching teams or instructing fitness classes.
