What it isIndustrial Design teaches you how to plan and shape physical products — from phones to furniture to medical devices — so they work well, look good, and can actually be made. You'll combine design thinking with engineering and manufacturing knowledge to understand both the creative and practical sides of bringing products to life. The co-op term lets you work in industry while you study, so you apply what you learn to real projects. You study music composition, theory, and performance alongside computer science and programming, earning both a BA and BSc over five years. Unlike separate music and computer science degrees, this combines them so you apply computing tools to music creation and analysis. It suits students drawn to both fields equally who want deeper technical skills in each rather than choosing one.You study design across multiple disciplines, blending computer science, visual and product design, and hands-on problem-solving. Unlike a single-discipline design program, this approach lets you explore how technology, creativity, and practical application intersect in real projects. It suits people who want to design solutions but aren't sure whether they lean toward coding, visual work, or engineering, and who learn best by doing.

Ranges are what each university publishes, not guaranteed cutoffs, and limited-enrolment programs often admit above them. Confirm anything you are about to act on with the university; each column links to its source.
