What it is	Political Science is the study of government, law, political systems, and how power works in society. You'll examine Canadian and international politics, political theory, and institutions from multiple angles. This four-year program suits people who want a broad foundation in politics before deciding whether to specialize in law, policy, international relations, or public administration.	You study philosophy, politics, and current social issues together rather than in separate programs. This interdisciplinary approach lets you examine ethical problems — like inequality, justice, and policy — from multiple angles at once. It suits people who want to think deeply about society's problems and aren't sure whether philosophy, political science, or social studies fits them best.	This program combines the study of conflicts, human rights law, and social policy across economics, politics, and interdisciplinary fields. You'll analyze how economic systems, political institutions, and policy decisions affect human rights and create or resolve conflicts. The co-op requirement means you'll alternate between classroom learning and paid work terms at organizations dealing with these issues, giving you practical experience alongside theory.	A philosophy program teaches you how to think critically about fundamental questions: what is knowledge, how should we live, what makes something right or wrong, and how does society work. You'll study philosophy alongside politics and social policy to understand both abstract ideas and their real-world impact on people and institutions. This suits people who enjoy debate, reading complex texts, and asking "why" about things others take for granted.
