What it isEarth Sciences is the study of rocks, minerals, landforms, and the physical processes that shape the planet. You'll learn geology — how Earth's crust forms and changes — alongside physical geography, which focuses on climate, water systems, and landscapes. This program includes a co-op work term, giving you hands-on experience in the field or with industry partners.A Biology degree at Glendon lets you study how living things work, from cells and molecules to whole organisms and ecosystems. You'll take core biology courses and choose from specialized areas like genetics, microbiology, human biology, or biotechnology. The iBSc variant integrates bilingual (English–French) instruction throughout your degree, rather than offering biology taught only in English.A Bachelor of Science (General) lets you study science broadly across biology, chemistry, environmental science, and related fields, choosing your own mix of courses rather than specializing deeply in one area. Unlike an honours program, it gives you flexibility to explore multiple sciences without committing to a single major or meeting the tighter requirements of a specialized stream. This suits students who are curious about science in general but aren't yet sure which direction appeals to them most.
