What it is	This program covers the science of how the human body works and how health systems use technology and data. Unlike a pre-med program, it does not guarantee entry into medical school and instead prepares you for careers in health research, data analysis, or public health. It suits students who are strong in science and math but want flexibility to explore health fields beyond clinical practice.	Community health focuses on preventing disease and improving wellbeing in groups and populations rather than treating individuals one-on-one. You'll study how social factors, environment, and policy shape health outcomes, and learn to design programs that serve communities. It suits people interested in public health, health education, or working with diverse populations on prevention and equity.	Life Sciences is a broad study of living organisms, their cells, genetics, and chemistry at the molecular level. You'll take core courses in biology, chemistry, and biochemistry, then choose a focus like microbiology, biotechnology, or human biology depending on your interests. The co-op option lets you alternate between school and paid work terms in research labs, hospitals, or biotech companies, giving you real experience alongside your degree.	A Biology degree at Glendon lets you study how living things work, from cells and molecules to whole organisms and ecosystems.
