What it is	This is a first-year science program that teaches you foundational chemistry, physics, and related subjects before you specialize. A Bachelor of Science (General) lets you study science broadly across biology, chemistry, environmental science, and related fields, choosing your own mix of courses rather than specializing deeply in one area. Unlike an honours program, it gives you flexibility to explore multiple sciences without committing to a single major or meeting the tighter requirements of a specialized stream. A Biology degree at Glendon lets you study how living things work, from cells and molecules to whole organisms and ecosystems. The iBSc variant integrates bilingual (English–French) instruction throughout your degree, rather than offering biology taught only in English.
