What it is	You study Spanish language, culture, and teaching methods, learning how to teach Spanish to English speakers as well as becoming fluent yourself. Unlike a straight Spanish major, this program trains you specifically for language education, combining linguistics with classroom practice. The built-in co-op placements let you work in schools or language centres while you study, giving you real teaching experience before you graduate. It suits students who want to teach languages or work in bilingual education settings.	You study the history of visual art and design, learning to analyze images, objects, and cultural movements across time periods and societies. This differs from a studio art program because you focus on understanding and interpreting art rather than creating it yourself.
