What it is	This program teaches you the science of human movement and physical activity – how bodies work during exercise, sport, and recreation. You study physiology, biomechanics, and exercise science rather than coaching or fitness training alone. Psychology at Glendon is a BA program where you study human behaviour, mental processes, and how people think and interact. You can take electives across many related fields like forensic science, human biology, education, or law depending on your interests. The iBA option requires you to complete part of your degree in French immersion, making it suited to students who want bilingual depth alongside their psychology training.
