What it is	You study how to manage sports facilities, recreation programs, and leisure services for communities and organizations. Unlike a general sports science program, this degree focuses on the business and administrative side — scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and customer experience — rather than personal fitness or athletic performance. The co-op work terms, built into the four-year degree, let you apply management skills in real sports and recreation settings while you study.	You earn two degrees at once: a Bachelor of Business Administration or Commerce focused on sports management, and a Bachelor of Education that qualifies you to teach. This concurrent program means you study business courses in sports organizations alongside education coursework and practice teaching, all in four years instead of five or six.
