You study business fundamentals — accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, and management — at two Lakehead campuses in Ontario and complete mandatory work terms alongside your courses. This structure differs from a standard business degree by splitting your education between Thunder Bay and Orillia and requiring you to alternate semesters of study with paid work experience. It suits students who want practical industry exposure while earning a degree and are comfortable moving between campuses.	A Bachelor of Administration or Commerce teaches you core business skills like accounting, finance, management, and human resources, along with how organizations actually operate.
