A BA focuses on theory and research methods rather than clinical training, so you'll read studies, run experiments, and write essays more than you would in applied health programs. You study how the human mind works and how the brain produces behaviour, emotion, and thought. This program combines psychology — the study of behaviour and mental processes — with neuroscience, which looks at the brain's biology and chemistry. This is a two-year applied business program covering accounting, finance, management, and economics fundamentals. Unlike a four-year bachelor's degree, it gets you working faster with practical skills employers want immediately. It suits students who want hands-on business training without the length or theory-heavy focus of a university degree.	You study business fundamentals — accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, and management — at two Lakehead campuses in Ontario and complete mandatory work terms alongside your courses. This structure differs from a standard business degree by splitting your education between Thunder Bay and Orillia and requiring you to alternate semesters of study with paid work experience.
