What it is	This program combines accounting and economics so you study both how businesses manage money and how broader markets and economies work. Unlike a straight accounting program, you learn economic theory and policy alongside financial reporting and analysis. It suits students interested in understanding business finances from multiple angles and who want hands-on work experience through the co-op component.	You study business fundamentals — accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, and management — at two Lakehead campuses in Ontario and complete mandatory work terms alongside your courses. This structure differs from a standard business degree by splitting your education between Thunder Bay and Orillia and requiring you to alternate semesters of study with paid work experience.
