What it is	Kinesiology is the study of human movement, exercise, and sport from biological and physical perspectives. This co-op program requires you to complete paid work terms with employers in health, sport, or fitness settings alongside your coursework, giving you real workplace experience before graduation.	Human kinetics is the study of how the human body moves and functions during exercise, sport, and physical activity. You learn the science behind movement through biology, physiology, and exercise science rather than just coaching technique.
