What it is	Public Health is the study of how to prevent disease and improve health across whole communities and populations, not just individual patients. This program includes a work-study option where you alternate between semesters of classroom learning and paid work terms at hospitals, government health agencies, or non-profits, giving you real experience in the field. It suits people interested in disease prevention, health policy, and community wellness who want both classroom knowledge and practical workplace experience before graduating.	You study to become a high school teacher in health or a related subject, while simultaneously earning a degree in that subject itself. Instead of finishing one degree and then teacher training separately, you do both at the same time over four years. This program suits students who know they want to teach health, science, or a similar field and want to combine their subject expertise with teaching credentials from the start.
