What you studyDesignDramaMedia and Communication StudiesDramaMedia and Communication Studies
What it isThis program combines theatre design and production with media communication studies. You learn how to create and build sets, lighting, and sound for stage and film productions, and study how to communicate visually and through performance. It suits people who want to work in theatre, film, television, or live events rather than just perform or study drama theory alone.Dramatic Art is the study of theatre, performance, and how drama communicates meaning to audiences. You'll learn acting, directing, script analysis, and how media shapes storytelling across different platforms. The program includes a work-integrated co-op component, so you'll spend terms working in theatres, film, or media companies alongside your coursework, giving you real production experience before you graduate.
