The co-op option lets you work in real settings like clinics, schools, or research labs during your degree, giving you hands-on experience alongside your coursework.	You study how the human mind works and how the brain produces behaviour, emotion, and thought. This program combines psychology — the study of behaviour and mental processes — with neuroscience, which looks at the brain's biology and chemistry. It suits people curious about why people think and act as they do, and who want to understand the physical basis of the mind.	You study how to manage sports facilities, recreation programs, and leisure services for communities and organizations. Unlike a general sports science program, this degree focuses on the business and administrative side — scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and customer experience — rather than personal fitness or athletic performance. The co-op work terms, built into the four-year degree, let you apply management skills in real sports and recreation settings while you study.
