What it isYou study how people, businesses, and governments make decisions about money, resources, and trade. Economics teaches you to analyze real-world problems — from inflation and unemployment to company strategy — using data and mathematical tools. This program includes co-op work terms, so you alternate between classroom learning and paid jobs in government, finance, or business, giving you practical experience alongside theory. You earn two degrees at once: a Bachelor of Business Administration or Commerce focused on sports management, and a Bachelor of Education that qualifies you to teach. This concurrent program means you study business courses in sports organizations alongside education coursework and practice teaching, all in four years instead of five or six. It suits people who want to teach physical education or work in sports administration and prefer completing both qualifications together.
