What it is	Psychology is the scientific study of human behaviour and mental processes — how people think, feel, and act. At Wilfrid Laurier, you can choose between a BA (emphasizing the social and humanities aspects) or a BSc (focusing on research methods and biological foundations). The program includes optional co-op terms where you work in real clinical, research, or organizational settings alongside your studies, giving you practical experience that pure coursework alone doesn't provide.	This is a broad science degree where you choose from fields like biology, chemistry, physics, computer science, geology, and others. You take foundational science courses in first year, then specialize by selecting which science subjects to focus on. Co-op is available, letting you do paid work terms at science-related employers alongside your studies.	A Bachelor of Science (General) lets you study science broadly across biology, chemistry, environmental science, and related fields, choosing your own mix of courses rather than specializing deeply in one area. Unlike an honours program, it gives you flexibility to explore multiple sciences without committing to a single major or meeting the tighter requirements of a specialized stream. This suits students who are curious about science in general but aren't yet sure which direction appeals to them most.
