The co-op option lets you alternate between school and paid work terms in research labs, hospitals, or biotech companies, giving you real experience alongside your degree.	Biological Sciences is the study of living organisms — their structure, function, genetics, ecology, and how they interact with their environment. At Brock, you can pursue this as a straight Bachelor of Science or combine it with teacher education through the BSc/BEd, which qualifies you to teach biology in Ontario high schools. The program includes a co-op option that integrates paid work terms with your studies, giving you practical experience in research labs, government agencies, or industry.	A Bachelor of Science (General) lets you study science broadly across biology, chemistry, environmental science, and related fields, choosing your own mix of courses rather than specializing deeply in one area. Unlike an honours program, it gives you flexibility to explore multiple sciences without committing to a single major or meeting the tighter requirements of a specialized stream.
