  • Two credits from Biology (SBI4U), Chemistry (SCH4U), Earth and Space Science (SES4U), or Physics (SPH4U)
  • 3 best 4U/M courses
  • Calculus (MCV4U) strongly recommended

What to watch for

Carleton offers Biology as both a BSc (under CT) and a BA (under CH). The BSc is the science route; the BA version exists for students combining biology with arts. Bioinformatics and Biotechnology are separate BSc majors. Carleton's Honours BSc is a single OUAC code, CT, at 78%, covering 17 majors; you name the major on the application.
