What it is	Kinesiology is the study of human movement, exercise, and sport from biological and physiological angles. You learn how the body works during physical activity, nutrition science, and injury prevention. The co-op option lets you earn work experience in fitness facilities, sports medicine, or health organizations while completing your degree, which suits students who want practical experience alongside classroom learning.	A Bachelor of Science (General) lets you study science broadly across biology, chemistry, environmental science, and related fields, choosing your own mix of courses rather than specializing deeply in one area.
