Unlike a pure kinesiology degree, this one prepares you directly for careers coaching teams or instructing fitness classes. It suits people who want to work in sports, recreation, or wellness settings and learn both the scientific reasoning and hands-on teaching side.	Psychology at Glendon is a BA program where you study human behaviour, mental processes, and how people think and interact. You can take electives across many related fields like forensic science, human biology, education, or law depending on your interests. The iBA option requires you to complete part of your degree in French immersion, making it suited to students who want bilingual depth alongside their psychology training.	A Biology degree at Glendon lets you study how living things work, from cells and molecules to whole organisms and ecosystems.
