What it isKinesiology is the study of human movement, exercise, and sport from biological and physiological angles. You learn how the body works during physical activity, nutrition science, and injury prevention. The co-op option lets you earn work experience in fitness facilities, sports medicine, or health organizations while completing your degree, which suits students who want practical experience alongside classroom learning.This program combines biology, chemistry, and psychology to explore how living systems work at both the molecular and mental levels.
