What it is	Kinesiology is the study of human movement, exercise, and sport from biological and physiological angles. You learn how the body works during physical activity, nutrition science, and injury prevention. The co-op option lets you earn work experience in fitness facilities, sports medicine, or health organizations while completing your degree, which suits students who want practical experience alongside classroom learning.	In an undeclared major, you start a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Environmental Studies without committing to a specific subject right away. You take introductory courses across areas like geography, politics, social policy, and planning, then choose your major after your first year once you know what interests you most. This approach suits students who are drawn to social and environmental questions but unsure which discipline to study them through.	A Biology degree at Glendon lets you study how living things work, from cells and molecules to whole organisms and ecosystems.
