What it is	Kinesiology is the study of human movement, exercise, and sport from biological and physiological angles. You learn how the body works during physical activity, nutrition science, and injury prevention. The co-op option lets you earn work experience in fitness facilities, sports medicine, or health organizations while completing your degree, which suits students who want practical experience alongside classroom learning.	Health Studies is a broad degree that explores how health systems, policies, and information work in society. You study topics like health management, statistics, finance, and health informatics rather than clinical medicine or hands-on patient care. The co-op option lets you do paid work placements alongside your studies, giving you real workplace experience in health organizations.	You study business subjects like accounting, finance, and marketing alongside teacher training in a single four-year degree. Unlike a regular business degree, you earn two qualifications at once and complete a co-op work placement, giving you classroom teaching experience while finishing your studies.
