What it is	Science One is a general first-year science program that lets you explore multiple science disciplines — biology, chemistry, physics, computer science, and others — before committing to a specific major. Unlike entering directly into a single science program, you take a broader range of foundational courses to discover which field best suits you. It works well for students who are interested in science but unsure which specialization to pursue.	You earn a Science degree in one of several subjects — Computer Science, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, Psychology, or Biology — while simultaneously completing teacher training to become certified to teach junior and intermediate grades. This direct-entry stream combines both degrees in one program, so you graduate ready to teach right away instead than doing them separately. It suits people certain they want to teach a science subject at the middle or high school level and want to complete both qualifications together.
