What it is	You study a subject like mathematics, science, languages, or the arts while simultaneously earning your teaching credentials. Unlike a traditional four-year degree followed by a separate teacher's program, concurrent education combines both components in one integrated program, so you graduate with two degrees at once. This suits students who are confident about teaching and want to enter the classroom sooner rather than delay their teacher training.	You study to become a high school teacher in health or a related subject, while simultaneously earning a degree in that subject itself. Instead of finishing one degree and then teacher training separately, you do both at the same time over four years. This program suits students who know they want to teach health, science, or a similar field and want to combine their subject expertise with teaching credentials from the start.	This program teaches you how to improve health at the population level by studying disease prevention, health policy, and data systems. You'll learn to analyse health trends, design public health programs, and use technology to track and manage health outcomes. The co-op option means you alternate between classroom study and paid work placements in real health organizations, giving you direct experience in the field and making it suit students who want hands-on learning alongside theory.
