What to watch for

Lakehead's Concurrent Education is open from Grade 12 at 70%, as Primary/Junior (AK) or Intermediate/Senior (AL), at both campuses — but it is concurrent in name with a second gate. In Lakehead's words, you 'must first complete your Bachelor degree in a partnering discipline', and then 'must meet certain academic and non-academic requirements to enter your Two-Year BEd Professional Program'. Five or six years total; on completion Lakehead recommends you to the Ontario College of Teachers. It is not a guaranteed BEd seat at admission.
