This program pairs a kinesiology degree with an international exchange or partnership component, giving you study or work experience outside Canada alongside your core training. This is a combined five-year degree that starts with physical activity science and fitness studies, then moves into occupational therapy — the practice of helping people regain function and independence through purposeful activities and exercises. Unlike completing these as separate degrees, this program integrates them from the beginning so your early coursework in anatomy and exercise science directly supports your later therapy training. It suits students interested in rehabilitation and working hands-on with people to improve their physical and mental well-being.
