Unlike a straight kinesiology degree, this program combines your bachelor's degree with a separate diploma in fitness promotion, giving you both theoretical science knowledge and hands-on certifications suited to personal training and community health roles. It suits people who want a science-based foundation but also want direct, applied skills they can use right after graduation.	This program teaches you the science behind living systems — cells, genetics, microbes, and how drugs work in the body.
