What it is	Philosophy is the study of fundamental questions about knowledge, reality, ethics, and how to live. You examine ideas through reading, discussion, and reasoned argument rather than through experiments or fieldwork. This program suits people who enjoy questioning assumptions, thinking critically about complex problems, and exploring big ideas across many disciplines.	This program combines environmental science and social justice, exploring how environmental problems affect communities and how policy and activism can address them. You study ecology alongside politics, sociology, and ethics rather than treating environmental issues as purely technical. It suits students who care about the environment but want to understand its human and political dimensions, and the co-op option lets you work in nonprofits, government, or advocacy organizations while you study.	Social Sciences is the study of how people, societies, and economies work. You choose from nine subject areas including anthropology, economics, history, law, geography, politics, and sociology, and can combine them however you want rather than following one fixed path. This program suits students curious about human behaviour, institutions, and the world around them who want flexibility to explore multiple disciplines before specializing.
