You'll learn anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics alongside sport science to understand muscle, bone, and cardiovascular systems. Kinesiology is the study of human movement, exercise, and sport from biological and physiological angles. You learn how the body works during physical activity, nutrition science, and injury prevention. The co-op option lets you earn work experience in fitness facilities, sports medicine, or health organizations while completing your degree, which suits students who want practical experience alongside classroom learning.	Psychology at Glendon is a BA program where you study human behaviour, mental processes, and how people think and interact.
