Kinesiology is the study of human movement, exercise, and how the body works during physical activity. You learn anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and exercise science through classroom and lab work. It suits people interested in fitness, sports performance, rehabilitation, or understanding how exercise affects health.	You study how to manage sports facilities, recreation programs, and leisure services for communities and organizations. Unlike a general sports science program, this degree focuses on the business and administrative side — scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and customer experience — rather than personal fitness or athletic performance. The co-op work terms, built into the four-year degree, let you apply management skills in real sports and recreation settings while you study.
