This program includes a co-op option, letting you work in clinical settings, schools, or research labs while you study, which gives you real-world experience alongside your degree.	You study human behaviour, thinking, and emotion from scientific and practical angles. A four-year honours degree goes deeper than a three-year general degree, with more advanced courses and often a research component. This program suits people curious about why people act and think the way they do, and who want to understand psychology well enough for graduate study or specialized careers in mental health, research, or counselling.	Kinesiology is the study of human movement, exercise, and how the body works during physical activity. You learn anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and exercise science through classroom and lab work.
