At Brock, you can pursue this as a straight Bachelor of Science or combine it with teacher education through the BSc/BEd, which qualifies you to teach biology in Ontario high schools. Environmental Studies is the scientific and social examination of how humans interact with the natural world — covering ecology, climate, conservation, pollution, and policy. This program teaches you both the science behind environmental problems and the social, economic, and political solutions. The co-op option lets you alternate between classroom semesters and paid work terms with environmental organizations, government agencies, or industry, giving you real workplace experience alongside your degree.
