This program teaches you the science of human movement and physical activity – how bodies work during exercise, sport, and recreation. You study physiology, biomechanics, and exercise science rather than coaching or fitness training alone. The co-op option lets you combine classroom learning with paid work terms at sports organizations, hospitals, or fitness centres, giving you real experience alongside your degree.	You study how the human body works during physical activity and exercise, with a focus on practical fitness coaching and health education. Unlike a straight kinesiology degree, this program combines your bachelor's degree with a separate diploma in fitness promotion, giving you both theoretical science knowledge and hands-on certifications suited to personal training and community health roles.
