What it isComprehensive Engineering is a four-year engineering degree where you choose a specialization in areas like software, mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering. The BEng&Mgt option pairs your engineering degree with business and management courses, preparing you to lead technical projects or move into management roles. This program suits students who want hands-on problem-solving in engineering fields and are deciding between practical specializations or combining technical expertise with business skills.You study how to design and operate chemical processes that transform raw materials into useful products — everything from pharmaceuticals to plastics to fuels. Chemical engineering combines chemistry, physics, and math to solve real industrial problems at scale. The co-op stream lets you alternate between classroom terms and paid work terms at companies, giving you direct experience in the field while you study.In your first year, you take core math, physics, chemistry, and engineering courses alongside introductory modules in civil, computer, electrical, mechanical, software, and space engineering.
