What it is	Comprehensive Engineering is a four-year engineering degree where you choose a specialization in areas like software, mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering. The BEng&Mgt option pairs your engineering degree with business and management courses, preparing you to lead technical projects or move into management roles. This program suits students who want hands-on problem-solving in engineering fields and are deciding between practical specializations or combining technical expertise with business skills.	In your first year, you take core math, physics, chemistry, and engineering courses alongside introductory modules in civil, computer, electrical, mechanical, software, and space engineering. This gives you time to explore which engineering discipline suits you before specializing in upper years. The program includes paid work terms, alternating with school, so you gain industry experience while studying.	Mechatronics engineering combines mechanical systems, electronics, and computer control to design machines and devices that think and move. You'll study how motors, sensors, and software work together in everything from robots to medical equipment. The co-op option lets you alternate between study terms and paid work terms, giving you real industry experience alongside your degree.	You study the engineering principles behind medical devices and equipment, combining mechanical engineering with biology and healthcare applications. Unlike pure mechanical engineering, this program integrates biomedical sciences so you design systems that work inside or on the human body. It suits students interested in engineering who also want to apply their skills directly to medicine and health technology, with mandatory paid work terms built into the degree.
