You study how media works, how messages spread, and how communication shapes society and politics. This program combines theory with hands-on practice, and includes a mandatory work term where you apply classroom learning in real media or communications settings. It suits people interested in journalism, public relations, social media strategy, or understanding how news and information influence the world around them.	Labour Studies examines how work, employment, and workers' rights function in society through the lenses of politics, human resources, and social policy. Unlike a general business degree, it focuses on labour relations, workplace justice, and policy rather than management techniques alone. This program suits people interested in union work, employment law, labour advocacy, or human resources roles where understanding worker perspectives matters.	This program combines environmental science and social justice, exploring how environmental problems affect communities and how policy and activism can address them. You study ecology alongside politics, sociology, and ethics rather than treating environmental issues as purely technical. It suits students who care about the environment but want to understand its human and political dimensions, and the co-op option lets you work in nonprofits, government, or advocacy organizations while you study.
